Italian Pork Steak Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 pound link Italian sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices | ||
| 3 pork blade steaks (about 1/2 inch thick), cut into halves | ||
| Stewed tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Mushroom | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, separated into rings | |
Directions
Cook and stir sausage in 10-inch skillet until brown; remove sausage and reserve.
Cook pork in same skillet over medium heat until brown; drain.
Add tomatoes, mushrooms, onion and reserved sausage.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until pork is done, 20 to 25 minutes.
