Low Fat Chilled Italian Pasta Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 ounces spiral pasta, cooked in unsalted water and drained | ||
| Tomatoes | 2 Medium, cut into wedges | |
| Broccoli florets | 2 Cup (16 tbs), blanched | |
| Canned black beans | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained, rinsed | |
| 1/4 cup fat-free Kraft mayonnaise or Miracle Whip | ||
| Red wine vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Italian seasoning | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, broccoli and black beans.
Set aside.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, garlic, Italian seasoning, and pepper.
Pour over salad and toss to coat well.
Cover and chill 2 hours.
