Italian Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
| Pasta | 200 Gram | |
| Cheese | 40 Gram | |
| Italian Sauce Tomato 100 gms. | ||
| Butter | 50 Milliliter | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| White Pepper Po. 2 gms. | ||
| Garlic | 25 Gram | |
| Onion | 1 | |
Directions
GETTING READY
(1) Finely chop onion and garlic.
(2) Blanch tomato in hot water for 2 minutes.
(3) Peel skin, cut into half, squeeze out.
(4) Finely chop.
MAKING
(5) Boil pasta in salted water until tender
(6) Refresh in cold water and drain. Keep aside.
(7) In an oven proof skillet, melt butter.
(8) Add and sauté onion and garlic until soft and lightly browned.
(9) Add tomato, salt and white pepper and sauté for 5-7 minutes over a low flame.
(10) Add boiled pasta and sauté for a minute
(11) Sprinkle cheese on top.
(12) Transfer skillet under a broiler for 10-15 and until the cheese melts
SERVING
(13) Serve the pasta hot.
