Ingredients

 Instant espresso powder2 Teaspoon
 Boiling water1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 8 nonfat chocolate chip biscotti, crushed
 2 2/3 cups nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
 Semi-sweet chocolate4 Teaspoon, grated

Directions

In a small bowl, dissolve the espresso powder in the water.
Set aside to cool.
Divide one-third of the biscotti crumbs among 4 parfait glasses.
In each glass, layer 1/3 cup of the frozen yogurt, 1 tablespoon of the espresso, and 1/2 teaspoon of the chocolate.
Repeat.
Top with the remaining biscotti crumbs and the remaining chocolate.
