Directions

MAKING
1) Turn the flour onto the counter
2) Make a well in the center and break the egg into the center of the well
3) Using the fingertips, rub the flour and the eggs into it
4) Make a dough
5) Dust light with flour and cover with a cloth and keep aside with a cloth
6) Flatten the dough into the pasta machine of thickness 5 or 6 and keep them aside
7) Flour the strips and keep them aside
8) Cut them into noodles using the machine
9) Into the food processor process the mushrooms with a ladle of stock
10) Dab 2 tablespoons of butter and a splash of olive oil into a frying pan
11) Add the pureed mushroom
12) Stir for 2minutes
13) Add the rest the rest of the mushrooms and stir
14) Take off the heat
15) Meanwhile, boil some water to cook the pasta
16) Cook the pasta for about 2 minutes
17) Ladle the pasta into the mushroom and cook with the sauce for about 2 more minutes

SERVING
18) Serve warm into a plate
