 Vegetable oil2 Teaspoon
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Green bell pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

 Ground turkey7 Ounce
 6 ounces cooked mashed potato
 1/4 cup mixed vegetable juice
 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
 Fennel seeds1 1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground black pepper1/8 Teaspoon

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.In small skillet, heat oil; add onion, green bell pepper, and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until onion is translucent, about 2 minutes.
3. In medium bowl, combine cooked vegetables and remaining ingredients; stir until thoroughly blended. Shape mixture into 6-by-3-inch loaf.
4. Spray small nonstick baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place loaf in pan. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean and warm, about 30 to 40 minutes.
