 Lean ground beef1 1/2 Pound
 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
 2 eggs, slightly beaten
 Milk1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoon, grated
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Tomato Paste1 Can (10oz)
 Beef broth2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Seasoned salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Dried oregano1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Dried basil1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Vegetables package1 , cooked, drained

Directions

MAKING
1) In a large bowl, add the beef with bread crumbs, eggs, milk, cheese, salt, pepper and garlic; mix well and shape into 2" balls, place in bottom of the slow cooker.
2) In a bowl, mix the tomato paste, broth, seasoned salt, oregano and basil, pour the mixture over the meat; cook covered on LOW for about 4 1/2- 5 hrs.
3) Stir in the cooked vegetables; cook covered on HIGH for about 10-15 min or until heated.

SERVING
4) Serve immediately .
