Ingredients

 6 lasagna noodles (4 ounces)
 Frozen chopped spinach package1
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon
 Minced onion1 Tablespoon, dried
 1/2 cup DANNON® Plain Nonfat or Lowfat Yogurt
 1 cup diced fully cooked ham
 Italian seasoning1/2 Teaspoon, crushed
 Parmesan cheese1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
 Shredded mozzarella cheese1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions; rinse and drain.
Set aside.
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large saucepan combine milk, cornstarch and onion.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly; cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Remove from heat.
Stir in yogurt.
Spread 2 tablespoons of yogurt sauce evenly on bottom of 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
Stir ham and Italian seasoning into remaining sauce.
Place 3 lasagna noodles in dish.
Spread with 1/3 of sauce.
Layer spinach on top.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Layer another 1/3 of sauce, the cottage cheese and 1/2 of mozzarella cheese.
Place remaining noodles on top of cheese layer.
Top with remaining sauce and mozzarella.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through.
Let stand 10 minutes
