Ingredients

 Enriched flour2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Eggs2 , beaten
 Spinach1/4 Cup (16 tbs), strained
 Butter2 Tablespoon, melted

Directions

Sift together flour and salt.
Combine remaining ingredients; add to flour.
Mix well.
Knead gently 1/2 minute on lightly floured surface.
Divide dough in half: roll very thin.
Let stand about 45 minutes (dough must not be sticky or too dry).
Roll like jelly roll; cut 1/4-inch slices.
Cook in boiling salted water 8 to 10 minutes.
Rinse with hot water; drain.
