Italian Green Noodles Recipe
Ingredients
| Enriched flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs), sifted | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Spinach | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), strained | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon, melted |
Directions
Sift together flour and salt.
Combine remaining ingredients; add to flour.
Mix well.
Knead gently 1/2 minute on lightly floured surface.
Divide dough in half: roll very thin.
Let stand about 45 minutes (dough must not be sticky or too dry).
Roll like jelly roll; cut 1/4-inch slices.
Cook in boiling salted water 8 to 10 minutes.
