Ingredients

 Canola oil2 Tablespoon
 Sun-dried tomato2 Tablespoon, chopped
 1/2 teaspoon dried-leaf oregano
 Parsley2 Tablespoon, chopped
 Green onions2 , chopped
 Green bell pepper1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
 Lemon juice1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Garbanzo beans1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed
 Cooked pasta1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 10 small pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
 Tomato1 , chopped

Directions

MAKING
1. In a deep saucepan, heat oil.
2. Add sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, green onions, sliced green pepper and oregano and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add garbanzo beans, olives, pasta and lemon juice.
4. Stir well.
5. Add to tomatoes and toss well.

SERVING
6. Serve immediately or chill and serve.
