Italian Garbanzo Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Canola oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sun-dried tomato | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| 1/2 teaspoon dried-leaf oregano | ||
| Parsley | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Green onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Green bell pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Lemon juice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garbanzo beans | 1 Can (10oz), drained, rinsed | |
| Cooked pasta | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 10 small pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced | ||
| Tomato | 1 , chopped | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a deep saucepan, heat oil.
2. Add sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, green onions, sliced green pepper and oregano and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add garbanzo beans, olives, pasta and lemon juice.
4. Stir well.
5. Add to tomatoes and toss well.
SERVING
6. Serve immediately or chill and serve.
