Ingredients

 Eggs4 , boiled
 1 oz. Parmesan cheese mayonnaise
 Tomato puree1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
 Green pepper1 To taste, sliced
 Lettuce

Directions

Halve the eggs, remove the yolks and mix with the cheese and mayonnaise.
Blend with a little tomato puree.
Pile back into white cases and garnish with narrow strips of green pepper.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
