Italian Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 4 , boiled | |
| 1 oz. Parmesan cheese mayonnaise | ||
| Tomato puree | 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Green pepper | 1 To taste, sliced | |
| Lettuce | ||
Directions
Halve the eggs, remove the yolks and mix with the cheese and mayonnaise.
Blend with a little tomato puree.
Pile back into white cases and garnish with narrow strips of green pepper.
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
