Italian Dressing Recipe
This italian dressing is a flavorful salad dressing prepared with broth, olive oil and vinegar mix. Blended with spices like mustard and paprika with oregano for a fresh flavor, the italian salad dressing is best stored in the refrigertaor for future use.
Ingredients
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon or spicy brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon each dried oregano and basil, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a 1/2 pint screw top jar, cover tightly, and shake vigorously to blend.
Store the dressing in the refrigerator and shake well before each use.
