Italian Beef Stew Recipe

 2 lbs. beef stew meat
 Italian seasoning1 Teaspoon
 Oregano1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Garlic salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Carrots3 Large, cut in to chunks
 2 medium onions, sliced 1/2 inch thick
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon
 Water2 Tablespoon
 Mushrooms2 Can (10oz), drained
 Italian1 Can (10oz), shaped
 Sour cream1 Carton (1l)

Directions

Place meat in 3-quart glass casserole.
Cover.
Microwave on high for 10 minutes.
Drain and stir in seasonings.
Layer carrots and onions on top.
Microwave on low for 20 minutes.
Blend cornstarch with water.
Stir into meat mixture with mushrooms and tomatoes; mix well.
Recover and continue cooking on low for 35 to 40 minutes or until meat is fork tender.
Fold in sour cream.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
