Italian Asparagus Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 lb. asparagus spears, cooked or canned | ||
| Vegetable cooking spray | ||
| Tomato sauce | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Oregano | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Swiss Cheese | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Lay asparagus spears in shallow baking dish coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Blend Tomato Sauce, water, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly over spears.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
