Israeli Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| Ripe tomatoes- 6 large, bite-size pieces | ||
| English cucumber | 1 | |
| Red or green bell peppers - 2, diced | ||
| Red or white sweet onion - 1, minced | ||
| Yellow squash | 1 | |
| Parsley | 4 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Lemon juice | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Olive oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), mashed | |
| Black pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sal t-1 teaspoon | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. In a salad dish place all the vegetables.
2. Combine olive juice, pepper, garlic, salt and lemon juice.
3. Mix well.
SERVING
4. Serve Israeli Salad immediately.
