 Ripe tomatoes- 6 large, bite-size pieces
 English cucumber1
 Red or green bell peppers - 2, diced
 Red or white sweet onion - 1, minced
 Yellow squash1
 Parsley4 Tablespoon, minced
 Lemon juice4 Tablespoon
 Olive oil4 Tablespoon
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), mashed
 Black pepper1 Teaspoon
 Sal t-1 teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1. In a salad dish place all the vegetables.
2. Combine olive juice, pepper, garlic, salt and lemon juice.
3. Mix well.

SERVING
4. Serve Israeli Salad immediately.
