Island Frank Kabobs Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 13 1/2 Ounce | |
| Barbecue sauce package | 1 | |
| 8 oz. can {1 cup) tomato sauce | ||
| 1 pound (10) weiners or franks, cut into thirds | ||
| 1 green pepper, cut into 1 inch squares | ||
| 10 sweet pickles, cut into 1 inch chunks | ||
Directions
In small saucepan, combine 2/3 cup pineapple liquid, barbecue sauce and tomato sauce.
Heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture boils.
Thread wieners, pineapple, green pepper and pickle alternately on 10 skewers.
Broil or grill 2 to 3 inches from heat, brushing frequently with sauce.
Broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side until heated through and lightly browned.
