Island Pork Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 pork tenderloin, sliced crosswise | ||
| Pineapple | 2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Dijon Mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Coconut milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Rum | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chopped Cilantro or Parsley for garnishing | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a frying pan and place it over high heat.
2) Add Dijon mustard, pineapple and rum to it after browning the pork.
3) Season with salt and pepper after stirring in the coconut milk.
SERVING
4) Garnish with cilantro or chopped parsley.
5) Serve hot.
