| 2 teaspoons reduced-calorie margarine | ||

| 4 (4-ounce) skinned, boned chicken breast halves | ||
| 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and sliced | ||
Directions
Place margarine in an 11- x 7- x 2-inch baking dish; microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until margarine melts.
Stir in honey and next 4 ingredients.
Place chicken in dish with thickest portions toward outside of dish.
Cover with wax paper, and microwave at HIGH 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is tender, rotating a half-turn after 5 minutes.
Add papaya to chicken; cover with wax paper, and microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Garnish with lime rind curls, if desired.
