Irmgard's Cranberry Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
| Cream: 2 Tbs. butter | ||
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Add:1 C flour | ||
| Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/4 C carnation evaporated milk | ||
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 C chopped raw cranberries | ||
| Pecans and walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Mix together and fill muffin tins (greased or with paper muffin wrappers) half full.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
As soon as these are removed from oven, spread with 1 Tbs. butter, 1/8 C sugar, 1/8 C carnation evaporated milk.
