Irish Tea Cake Recipe

Ingredients
1 lbs. dark or light raisin
1 box sugar or brown sugar
1 1/4 c. cold tea
2 c. self-rising flour
1 egg, beaten slightly
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Step1-Add tea to raisin and sugar mixture.
Step2-Leave in refrigerator overnight.
Step3-Use a bowl; add flour to mixture. Add eggs and mix. Add spices.
Step4-Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Step5- Bake at 325 degrees fareinhite for 120 minutes
