Irish Mince Pies Recipe

Ingredients
1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry shells defrosted
1 1/2 cups prepared mincemeat
Directions
Roll out each puff pastry shell, defrosted, (1 [10-oz.] pkg.) into a 6-inch square.
With a 3-inch cookie cutter, cut each square into 4 (3-inch) circles.
Fit circles into small cupcake tins and prick each with a fork.
Place 1 tablespoon prepared mincemeat in each prepared pastry shell.
Bake 20 minutes at 400°.
Remove from baking tins and serve warm or cooled.
Top with whipped cream or hard sauce if desired.
