Irish Herbed potatoes Recipe
A traditional irish dish perfect for your st patricks day menu


Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges1/2 c butter melted1 tbsp lemon juice1/4 c chopped fresh parsley3 tbsp minced chives3 tbsp snipped fresh dill weed1/8 tsp salt1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water
bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender
drain
transfer into a large bowl
in a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients
pour over potatoes and toss to coat
