Irish Vegetables Recipe
Ingredients
1 bay leaf
1 cup water
2 tsp wine vinegar
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup celery, sliced
1/2 cup broccoli florets
1/2 cup carrot, sliced
1/2 cup cauliflower florets
1/4 cup pimiento, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine bay leaf, water, and wine vinegar in medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil; add vegetables.
Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Drain; remove bay leaf.
Add salt and pepper.
