| 3 lbs. stew meat, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes | ||
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Potatoes | 5 Medium, peeled | |
| Carrots | 10 , peeled | |
| Onions | 2 Small, peeled | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, place all the ingredients together, stir to mix well.
2) Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
SERVING
3) Serve immediately in individual serving bowls.
TIPS
For a thicker sauce, blend 1/4 cup quick tapioca or 2 tablespoons flour with 1 cup water, stir into the stew, then cover and cook on HIGH for 15 minutes.
