Ingredients

 Lamb1 Pound, cut into cubes
 Medium carrots - 2, thinly sliced
 Medium potatoes - 2, peeled and cut into cubes
 Onion-mushroom mix - 1 envelope (1 ounce)
 Bay leaf1
 Flour1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 Water - 1 1/2 cups, hot
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1) In a casserole dish, combine lamb, hot water, carrots, potatoes, onion mushroom mix and bay leaf. Mix well.
2) Cover the dish and cook on high power for 10 to 12 minutes.
3) Cook covered again on medium power for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until lamb and vegetables are soft. Stir as required.
4) Blend flour with cold water and browning sauce and add to the stew
5) Cook on high power for 5 to 6 minutes or until the stew thickens, stirring once.

SERVING
6) Serve hot with mashed potatoes.
