Directions
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
2.Measure the two types of flour to be used on a kitchen scale.
MAKING
3.In a mixing bowl, dump the two types of flour.
4.Add the baking powder in the flour. Give it a mix and empty on a clean kitchen surface.
5.Make a small well in the center of the flour.
6.Pour in the buttermilk and start folding in the flour from the sides.
7.Work on the flour until it comes together in a dough. It should not be too wet or too dry.
8.Divide the dough in two equal halves and knead each half into a round shape.
9.Score with a knife and make a cross on top of each balls of dough..
10.Place the cookie sheet with the dough in the oven and bake until they are browned and a knife run through it comes out clean.
SERVING
13.Serve as a side dish with a traditional St.Patrick's Day meal.
