Irish Mist Souffle Recipe

Ingredients
1 egg, separated
2 tablespoons superfine sugar
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
1 tablespoon Irish Mist liqueur
1/4 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 tablespoon sliced almonds, toasted
Directions
Beat yolk with sugar until light and fluffy.
Melt gelatin with liqueur in small bowl over simmering water.
Beat yolk mixture into gelatin until thoroughly combined.
Remove from heat.
In another bowl, beat egg white until stiff.
Fold into gelatin mixture and allow to stand until slightly thickened.
Fold in whipped cream, then nuts.
Spoon into individual dessert dishes or wine glasses and chill several hours.
