Irish Coffee Dessert Recipe
|Unflavored gelatin||1⁄2 Ounce (2 Envelopes, 1/4 Ounce Or 7 Gram Each)|
|Cold milk||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Milk||250 Milliliter, heated to boiling (1 Cup)|
|Sugar||150 Milliliter (2/3 Cup)|
|Instant coffee||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Irish whisky||1 Ounce (7 Milliliter)|
|Creme de cacao||1 Ounce (7 Milliliter)|
|Whipping cream||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|

Put cold milk in blender container and sprinkle gelatin over.
Let stand 3 to 4 minutes.
Add hot milk; cover and process at STIR until gelatin dissolves (about 2 minutes).
Add sugar, coffee powder, whisky and liqueur.
Cover and process at LIQUEFY until blended.
With motor on, remove feeder cap, and add cream and ice cubes, one at a time.
Replace cap and continue to process until ice is liquefied.
Pour into mugs or dessert dishes and chill until set (about 30 minutes).
Garnish with sweetened whipping cream and chocolate curls, if desired.
