Irish Coffee Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin | ||
| Cold water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Strong coffee | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Irish whiskey | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup cream, whipped, for topping | ||
Directions
Soak gelatin in cold water.
Add honey, coffee, and whiskey.
Pour into coffee cups or pot de creme cups and chill until set.
When ready to serve, top with a dollop of whipped cream.
