Irish Coffee With Instant Coffee Recipe
Ingredients
2 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup instant coffee crystals
4 jiggers (1 1/2 ounces each)
Irish whiskey
4 teaspoons sugar
Whipped cream
Directions
Measure water in 4-cup glass measure.
Cook at HIGH for 6 minutes or till boiling.
Stir in coffee crystals till dissolved.
Measure whiskey into 4 stemmed glasses.
Add 1 teaspoon sugar to each glass.
Place metal spoon in glass; pour hot coffee onto metal spoon.
Repeat with remaining glasses.
Stir.
Top with whipped cream.
