Directions

MAKING
1. Heat each of the goblets - put a metal spoon in each goblet, pour hot water into the spoon and later the goblet; pour the water out
2. In each goblet, add a teaspoon of sugar; add enough coffee to dissolve the sugar and stir to dissolve
3. Add a bit of Irish whiskey into each and fill the the goblet to within an inch of the brim with coffee

SERVING
4. Slide a spoonful of whipped cream over the back of a spoon into each glass and serve immediately
