Irish Coffee Recipe
Ingredients
| Whipping cream | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Irish whiskey | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 6 Teaspoon | |
| Black coffee | 2 Pint |
Directions
Warm the glasses by rilling with hot water while making the coffee.
Whip the cream until fairly stiff.
Pour the whiskey into 6 glasses and add a teaspoon of sugar to each glass.
Heat the coffee and pour into the glasses to within 1/2 inch of the top.
Spoon the whipped cream on to the coffee so that it floats.
