Irish Coffee Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 (1 1/2-ounce) jigger Irish whiskey | ||
| Sugar | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Instant coffee granules | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Water | ||
| Whipping cream, whipped | ||
Directions
Combine whiskey and sugar in a mug or cup.
Add coffee granules; then add water to make container 3/4 full.
Microwave at HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture is hot but not boiling.
Stir well.
Top with whipped cream.
Do not stir.
