Ingredients
2 teaspoons sugar
Hot, strong coffee
2 tablespoons (1 oz.) Irish whiskey
Softly whipped cream
How to make Irish Coffee
Put sugar in a warmed wine glass; fill glass about two-thirds full of hot coffee.Stir to dissolve sugar.
Stir in the Irish whiskey and top with whipped cream.
