Ingredients

 Corn beef brisket4 pound
 Onion1 Ounce, canned
 Whole peppercorns4 To taste
 Garlic - 1 medium clove, minced
 Bay leaf1
 Rosemary1/4 Teaspoon, crushed
 Carrots - 6 medium, cut into 1 1/2 inch rounds
 Potatoes1 Medium, quartered
 Celery - 1/2 cup cut into 1 inch rounds
 Head Green Cabbage - 1 medium, cut into wedges
 Water3 Tablespoon
 Flour3 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash and pat dry the brisket

MAKING
2) Into a large heavy pan, add the soup and seasonings (rosemary, bay leaf, garlic, peppercorns)
3) Cover and cook over a low flame for 3 1/2 hours
4) Add in the carrots, potatoes, celery and cabbage
5) Cover and cook again for another 1 hour till the beef and vegetables are soft and tender
6) Remove the beef, vegetables and the bay leaf
7) Add in the flour and water and lend into the gravy until smooth
8) Cook till the sauce has thickened

SERVING
9) Slice the beef and serve with the cooked vegetables
