Irish Beef Stew Recipe
Ingredients
| Stewing beef | 2 Pound, cubed | |
| Dry onion soup - 1 envelope | ||
| Tomato soup - 2 cans of 10 3/4 ounces each | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon (Soup can water - 1) | |
| Pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon (Soup can water - 1) | |
| Carrots | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Soup can water - 1) | |
| Potatoes | 2 Cup (16 tbs), diced (Soup can water - 1) | |
| Frozen peas package | 1 (Soup can water - 1) | |
| Water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Soup can water - 1) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a slow cooker, put the onion soup, beef, tomato soup, soup can of water, salt, pepper, carrots and potatoes.
2) Cover the cooker and cook over low heat for about 8 hours.
3) Add the 1/4 cup of water and peas and cover once again. Cook for an additional 60 minutes.
SERVING
4) Serve hot
