Instant Zabaglione Berry Bowl Recipe
Ingredients
2 pints strawberries
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1 package (about 4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding
Directions
Wash, drain, hull, and halve strawberries; place in a pretty glass serving bowl; chill.
Measure milk and Marsala in a 2 cup measure; pour into a medium size bowl.
Add instant pudding; beat slowly with a rotary beater 2 minutes; let stand 5 minutes.
Beat zabaglione slowly with rotary beater for one minute; pour over strawberries.
Chill during dinner,
