1 1/2 cups (355 ml) Garbanzo Flour
1 cup (240 ml) cold water
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch fresh parsley hot green pepper, to taste, minced
1/2 tsp (3 ml) cumin salt, to taste pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp (1 ml) non-alum baking powder pinch baking soda
Directions
Mix all ingredients, except soda, together in a food processor or blender.
Mix thoroughly.
When ready to fry, mix in the soda.
Shape into small patties, 1 1/2 inches in diameter and 1/2-inch thick.
Fry in deep, hot oil until lightly browned and crisp.
