Instant Berry Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup whipping cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 pound unsweetened frozen berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, etc.)
Directions
Place cream and sugar in blender or processor with Steel Knife and blend until thickened.
Add frozen fruit a few pieces at a time and blend until smooth.
