Ingredients

 1 7-oz. package macaroni
 Ground beef1 Pound
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), minced
 1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach
 Tomato sauce1 8 Ounce (Salad oil)
 Tomato Paste1 6 Ounce (Salad oil)
 1 1-lb. can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon (Salad oil)
 Pepper1 Dash (Salad oil)
 1 c. shredded sharp cheese
 Soft bread crumbs1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad oil)
 Eggs2 , Well beaten (Salad oil)

Directions

Cook the macaroni according to package directions and drain.
Brown the beef, onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil.
Cook the spinach according to package directions, then drain and reserve the liquid.
Add water to the reserved liquid to measure 1 cup, then add to the beef mixture.
Stir in the tomato sauce, tomato paste, spaghetti sauce, salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.
Combine, the spinach, macaroni, cheese, crumbs, eggs and 1/4 cup oil, then spread in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Top with the beef sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Allow to stand 10 minutes before serving.
