Inside Out Burgers Recipe
Why put the bacon, onions and cheese on top of the burger when they fit perfectly inside? Every bite of this inside-out burger bursts with flavor.

Ingredients
| Ground chuck | 2 Pound | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Bacon | 1/4 Pound, chopped | |
| Shallots | 2 , thinly sliced | |
| Swiss Cheese | 8 Ounce, shredded | |
| Olive oil | ||
| 4 Kaiser buns, split and toasted | ||
Directions
Preheat the grill to high.
In a large bowl add the ground chuck, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; combine all ingredients together, making sure not to work the meat too much. Divide meat into 8 equal sections and create 4-inch patties.
In a pan over medium-high heat, add in the bacon and cook until rendered. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and place on a plate lined with paper towels. Add the shallots directly into the pan and cook until translucent and fragrant.
Equally divide the bacon, shallots and cheese between 4 patties. Add a patty over the top of your bacon, onion and cheese mixture and gently seal the edges; repeat for the remaining patties. Lightly oil the outside of the patties and place on the grill. Cook on one side for 4 minutes over direct heat, then flip and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Transfer the patties to an indirect heat and allow for them to cook for an additional 7-10 minutes, or until it reaches desired doneness.
Remove from the grill, toast the buns and serve with your favorite condiments. Enjoy!
