Ingredients

 Hearts of romaine
 4 small potatoes, cooked, peeled and sliced
 2 cups cleaned shelled cooked shrimps
 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
 Capers2 Tablespoon
 Olive oil3 Tablespoon
 Lemon juice2 Tablespoon
 Mayonnaise1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt To Taste
  black pepper1
 Minced parsley

Directions

Stand spears of romaine all around sides of shallow glass salad bowl.
Fill in bottom with romaine cut in small pieces.
Cover with sliced potatoes, shrimps, anchovy fillets and capers.
Mix next 3 ingredients, pour over salad and mix gently, taking care not to break potato slices.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and top with parsley.
