Inihaw na Bangus is quite popular where I grew up. That is because I used to live half a mile from the sea. This particular Pinoy recipe is very ordinary and had eaten this almost everyday.

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Clean the fish and debone it if you like. Season with salt and set aside.

MAKING
2. In a bowl, mix together chopped tomato, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Stuff fish with the onion tomato mixture and wrap it with foil.
4. Place on grill, cover and cook for about 30 to 45 minutes. Turn fish twice or thrice while cooking.
For the sauce:
5. In a small bowl, take some stuffing from the fish and mix it with soy sauce and lemon or calamansi juice according to your preference.

SERVING
6. Serve with steamed rice.
