 Maggi Prawn Cubes 3, crumbled
 Maggi Coconut
 Milk powder2 Tablespoon
 Oil4 Tablespoon
 Onion 1, chopped
 Garlic 3, crushed
 Ginger 1 tsp., grated
 Turmeric powder1/2 Teaspoon
 Red chilli powder1 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Chicken 1 cup, boiled & shredded
 Capsicum, Carrot, Celery 1 cup each, shredded
 Cabbage 1 cup, shredded
 Peas1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bean sprout1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soya Sauce 1/2 tbsp.
 Tamarind Pulp 1 tbsp.
 Rice3 Cup (16 tbs), boiled
 Coriander leaves1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

MAKING
1)In a large karahi, heat the oil.
2)Add in onions and garlic. Sauté till golden brown.
3)Put in the ginger, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, boiled chicken, shredded vegetables, peas and beansprouts.
4)Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.
5)Pour in the soya sauce and add tamarind pulp, crumbled Maggi Prawn Cubes and Maggi Coconut Milk Powder along with it. Stir well.
6)Add in the rice and stir well.
7)Add more salt if needed


SERVING
8)Serve hot.
