Indonesian Fried Rice Recipe
Ingredients
| Maggi Prawn Cubes 3, crumbled | ||
| Maggi Coconut | ||
| Milk powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Onion 1, chopped | ||
| Garlic 3, crushed | ||
| Ginger 1 tsp., grated | ||
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Red chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Chicken 1 cup, boiled & shredded | ||
| Capsicum, Carrot, Celery 1 cup each, shredded | ||
| Cabbage 1 cup, shredded | ||
| Peas | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Bean sprout | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Soya Sauce 1/2 tbsp. | ||
| Tamarind Pulp 1 tbsp. | ||
| Rice | 3 Cup (16 tbs), boiled | |
| Coriander leaves | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1)In a large karahi, heat the oil.
2)Add in onions and garlic. Sauté till golden brown.
3)Put in the ginger, turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, boiled chicken, shredded vegetables, peas and beansprouts.
4)Sauté for 3 to 5 minutes.
5)Pour in the soya sauce and add tamarind pulp, crumbled Maggi Prawn Cubes and Maggi Coconut Milk Powder along with it. Stir well.
6)Add in the rice and stir well.
7)Add more salt if needed
SERVING
8)Serve hot.
