Individual Tomato-Rice Dinners Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 pound | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Tomato soup | 1 Can (10oz), condensed | |
| Uncooked instant rice | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Basil leaves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon |
Directions
Cook meat and onion in large skillet while stirring continuously until onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients.
Divide mixture among five 12 inch squares of heavy duty or double thickness regular aluminum foil.
Wrap each securely and label; freeze no longer than 2 months.
When ready to serve, cook according to cooking guide
