Individual Hot Sub Sandwiches Recipe

| 8 individual French rolls (about 6 x 2 1/2 inches each) | ||
| Soft butter or margarine | ||
| 8 slices salami or boiled ham | ||
| Mozzarella cheese slice | 8 | |

| Blue cheese package | 1/2 , crumbled | |
Directions
Cut rolls horizontally into 3 parts.
Spread butter on all cut surfaces.
Layer salami slice and cheese slice on bottom part of each roll.
Place second part of roll on cheese; top with turkey slice and sprinkle blue cheese on turkey.
Cover sandwich with third part of roll.
Wrap each sandwich individually in heavy-duty aluminum foil.
(To serve immediately, see below.) Label and freeze.
35 minutes before serving, heat oven to 450°.
Remove Individual .
Hot Sub Sandwiches from freezer; heat wrapped sandwiches on oven rack 30 minutes.
