Individual Ham Quiches Recipe
These individual ham quiches are made with cooked ham in pastry shells. Baked with sauteed mushrooms and scallions, the individual ham quiches are filling and satisfying. Cooked with a combo of eggs, yogurt and cheese with ham, they are spiced and seasoned to taste.
Ingredients
| Sliced mushrooms | 1 4 Ounce, drained | |
| Scallions | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced | |
| Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 4 unbaked, 5-inch pastry shells | ||
| Shredded Swiss cheese | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked ham | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper white | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 8-ounce container plain yogurt | ||
| Eggs | 4 Small, beaten | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Saute mushrooms and scallions in butter until tender; drain.
Spoon into pastry shells; top with cheese and ham.
Combine salt, pepper, paprika, yogurt and eggs in a bowl; beat until smooth.
Pour mixture over cheese and ham.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until custard is set and knife inserted into center comes out clean.
Note: May be made in 2 x 3-inch tart shells.
