 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Crabmeat1 pound
 Mayonnaise3 Tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1)Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
2)Further stir in diced pimiento, mustard, and thyme.
3)Further add flour, stirring until smooth and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
4)Slowly add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and bubbly.
5)Stir in Worcestershire sauce and salt.
6)Remove sauce from heat and stir in the crabmeat and mayonnaise.
FINALIZING
7)Spoon mixture into four 6-ounce lightly greased individual baking shells or dishes.
8)Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
9)Broil 5 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
SERVING
10)Garnish with lemon wedges and pimiento strips, if desired.
