 Berry cream (recipe follows) Individual meringues
 1 medium-size ripe papaya (about 1 lb.), peeled, seeded, and thinly sliced lengthwise
 3/4 cup raspberries or hulled, thinly sliced strawberries
 Kiwi-passion fruit sauce

Directions

Spread equal portions of berry cream into 5-inch-wide pools on 6 dessert plates.
Place a meringue on cream on each plate.
Arrange equal amounts of papaya and raspberries on or beside meringues.
Offer sauce to ladle onto portions
