Individual Mushroom Savouries Recipe
Ingredients
| Onions | 4 Ounce, chopped | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) | |
| Mushrooms | 4 Ounce | |
| Wholemeal flour- 2 teaspoons | ||
| Soya flour | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Potato- 4-5 oz (115-140g), mashed | ||
| Breadcrumbs | 2 Ounce | |
| Parsley | 1 | |
| Yeast | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Millet flakes or any other cereals- 1 heped tablespoon | ||
Directions
MAKING
1. Fry onions light brown oil
2. Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes
3. Mix the flour and soya flour with a little cold water or stock and stir into vegetables.
4. Allow to boil meanwhile stir it for a couple of minutes
5. Add potato, bredcrumbs, parsley and yeast extract. Mix it proeperly
6. Turn into three individual fireproof dishes, sprinkle with cereal flakes and put under the grill to brown and crisp the crust.
SERVING
7. Can be served with any green vegetable cooked ot raw
