Ingredients

 Onions4 Ounce, chopped
 Vegetable oil2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying)
 Mushrooms4 Ounce
 Wholemeal flour- 2 teaspoons
 Soya flour1 Teaspoon
 Potato- 4-5 oz (115-140g), mashed
 Breadcrumbs2 Ounce
 Parsley1
 Yeast2 Teaspoon
 Millet flakes or any other cereals- 1 heped tablespoon

Directions

MAKING
1. Fry onions light brown oil
2. Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes
3. Mix the flour and soya flour with a little cold water or stock and stir into vegetables.
4. Allow to boil meanwhile stir it for a couple of minutes
5. Add potato, bredcrumbs, parsley and yeast extract. Mix it proeperly
6. Turn into three individual fireproof dishes, sprinkle with cereal flakes and put under the grill to brown and crisp the crust.

SERVING
7. Can be served with any green vegetable cooked ot raw
